Shipping policy

We're so excited to send your Wyld and Wonder pieces your way! Each order is carefully packed and prepared with love. 

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free shipping is available on orders of $70 or more before taxes and discounts.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Please allow approximately 3-7 business days for your order to arrive after it has shipped. 

Wyld and Wonder is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply. 

Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, Wyld and Wonder is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages stolen during transit. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at wyldandwonder@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
