Refund policy
We want you to love your Wyld and Wonder pieces! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
To start a return, please contact us at wyldandwonder@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Store credit will be issued once your return has been received and inspected. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, or damage, and have all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at wyldandwonder@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work quickly to make it right!
